As a management consultant with a strategic, technological focus, I have strong conceptual and implementation skills, coupled with many years of experience and expertise in all areas of information technology. Through the management of high-turnover organizations, I have acquired a focus on profitability and solutions that has demonstrably led to customer success in projects.

My core competencies lie in listening, analyzing, designing and implementing projects and programmes in the field of information technology. In addition, I am characterized by my international and intercultural competence, acquired in numerous projects in Asia over the past 20 years.

I founded Reppel & Partners Pte. Ltd (R&P) in 2002 and have been supporting industrial companies in the management and operation of their IT for many years. This ranges from CIO services to the establishment and management of shared service centres for the Asian region and complex cloud migrations. As part of these mandates, I was responsible as Chief Information Officer for my client in the Asia-Pacific region for over 8 years.

I have carried out analyses in the context of Industry 4.0 in numerous projects. Based on these analyses, I developed new solutions for our customers together with my team and implemented some of them. These ranged from simple, focused tasks such as the preventive maintenance of a component, e.g. a pump, to highly complex applications such as the design of a digital twin of a complete system in the oil and gas industry. The development and initial implementation of a new business model based entirely on Industry 4.0 principles (batch size 1, data-supported navigation and mapping, lights-out manufacturing) is also part of my wealth of experience.

In the professional education sector: my experience ranges from the conception and selection of specialised partners for the migration of a data centre to the tendering, selection and implementation of a complete Learning Management System (LMS; an ERP for educational institutions) and the complete business process management of an international, profit-oriented school.

I was able to build up additional expertise in the financial sector through the development and management of the Asia-Pacific region of the AML/KYC software manufacturer Tonbeller AG from Bensheim and the associated customer support. I can therefore provide support in matters of governance, risk and compliance.

Thanks to the wealth of experience described above, I offer our customers a general and integrative view on vertical and focused solutions (T-model).
