Three steps within one quarter
- 1. Assessment: a moderated one-day workshop; you receive a report with your maturity level per dimension.
- 2. Prioritisation: your current and planned initiatives are measured and ranked against your goals or KPIs; this takes 2 to 8 weeks.
- 3. Roadmap: a realistic schedule with budget and measurable goals; on request I also support the implementation.
